3. The throttling method adopts external balance thermal expansion valve control, with a wide temperature adjustment range and automatic control of refrigerant flow. The unit operates very stably and has good energy efficiency ratio. Compared with the capillary throttling commonly used in the market, it has advantages. When the working conditions such as ambient temperature, required water temperature, and heat load change, the capillary tube cannot self regulate, resulting in a decrease in refrigeration capacity. At the same time, it may cause the compressor exhaust temperature to be too high, lubrication to decrease, or liquid hammer, directly affecting the service life of the unit. In severe cases, the refrigeration system may not work properly.

4. The water-cooled condenser adopts a seamless toothed externally threaded copper tube shell tube type, which is finely processed by a CNC lathe and has the advantages of strong heat transfer efficiency, long service life, and easy disassembly and cleaning; The air-cooled condenser adopts honeycomb aluminum fin string high-efficiency internally threaded copper tube combined with high-efficiency axial flow fan, with excellent heat transfer effect.

5. Evaporators can be selected according to different applications, such as stainless steel water tank coil type, stainless steel plate type, dry shell and tube type, electroplated acid resistant evaporator.

6. High quality stainless steel water pumps, drying filters, and other components are all made of American Emerson brand, which is reliable and durable.

7. On demand internal or external replenishment water storage tank to avoid frequent start stop, automatic or manual replenishment of water.
