Product Introduction:
The three machine integrated dehumidification and drying machine is designed for engineering plastics with high moisture absorption in the plastic industry. 1Drying temperature:It refers to the temperature of the air entering the drying bucket. Each type of raw material has a certain temperature limit during drying due to its physical properties, such as molecular structure, specific gravity, specific heat, moisture content, etc. When the temperature is too high, some additives in the raw material will evaporate, deteriorate or clump. When the temperature is too low, some crystalline raw materials may not meet the required drying conditions, such as PC/120 ℃, ABS/80-95 ℃. In addition, insulation and heat preservation are required in the selection of dry buckets to avoid loss of drying temperature, resulting in insufficient drying temperature or energy waste.
2Drying time:It refers to the pre drying time before the raw materials are formed. If the drying time is too long, it will cause the raw materials to deteriorate or clump, or waste energy. If the drying time is too short, it will cause the phenomenon of high moisture content. For example: PC/3-4 hours, ABS/3-4 hours.
3air volumeIt is a medium that takes away moisture from the raw materials, and the air volume can affect the effectiveness of dehumidification. If the air volume is too large, it will cause the return air temperature to be too high, resulting in overheating and affecting the stability of the dew point. If the air volume is too small, it will not be able to remove the moisture in the raw materials. The air volume also represents the dehumidification ability of the dehumidifier dryer.
4Dew point temperature:It refers to the temperature at which a gas cools to the point where it condenses moisture into water droplets, and is a unit for measuring the degree of dryness (humidity) of a gas. The less moisture in the gas, the lower the dew point temperature. A good dehumidification dryer should have a dew point temperature of -40 ℃.
