There are a wide variety of products, with characteristics such as craftsmanship, stable quality, smooth transmission, and easy operation. Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, pesticides, and scientific research, it is a reaction equipment used to complete chemical processes such as polymerization, condensation, sulfurization, alkylation, hydrogenation, and many other processes involving organic dyes and intermediates. There are various types and specifications of my three reaction pots (kettles), with a pressure of 10MPa and a volume ranging from 0.1 to 10M3. The heating methods include jacket or coil steam heating, electric heating, oil heating, etc. Design and manufacture based on material production requirements and user needs, including pressure, temperature, material, mixing device type, speed, sealing structure, heating method, etc.

structural performance
The equipment mainly consists of three parts: tank body, jacket, and mixing system.
1. Materials
The parts in contact with the materials are made of high-quality stainless steel such as 304 or 316L, which meets GMP standards.
2. Accessories
The mixing method often uses frame mixing to ensure that the materials are evenly mixed in a short period of time; At the same time, frame type, anchor type, slurry type, etc. can be selected according to needs
The sealing adopts sanitary mechanical seals, which can ensure the pressure inside the tank and prevent unnecessary pollution caused by material leakage inside the tank;
The interface adopts ISO standard quick release clamp type, which is convenient for hygiene;

3. Surface treatment
The inner surface is polished with a mirror finish to ensure no hygiene blind spots, and the fully enclosed design ensures that the material is always in a sterile state. The outer surface can be treated with sandblasting, sanding, or cold rolling with natural color matte finish.
Heating and cooling: The heating methods can be steam, electric heating, or thermal oil to meet the process needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
