(one)unit installation
1After installation, check the coaxiality of the pump shaft and motor shaft. The difference between the two couplings in terms of foreign up, down, left, and right should not exceed0.1Millimeters, the difference in clearance between the end faces of the two couplings shall not exceed one week0.3Millimeters.
2The pump itself should not bear excessive pipeline weight. When the weight or torque of the inlet and outlet pipelines and valves is large, additional pipeline support should be provided.
3The installation of the inlet pipeline of the pump should prevent air leakage and trapping.
(two)Pump assembly
1When disassembling the pump, the following steps should be taken:(1)Remove the pump cover;(2)Loosen the impeller nut, remove the impeller nut and anti loosening gasket;(3)Pull out the impeller and remove the key;(4)Remove the sealing seat cover and take out the mechanical seal;(5)Remove the pump coupling and bearing end cover to remove the two rolling bearings together from the bracket.
2Before reassembling after disassembly, all components should be cleaned and oil should be applied to each mating surface before assembly.
3Calcium based grease should be installed in the bearing chamber of the bracket70%Left or right, not full or insufficient. When assembling mechanical seals, attention should be paid to maintaining the cleanliness of the dynamic and static ring mirrors, and filling the sealing chamber with an appropriate amount of calcium based grease.
4After assembly, when manually moving the pump coupling, it should rotate flexibly and evenly without any rubbing or abnormal noise, otherwise it should be reassembled.
8PWsewage pumpUsage and maintenance:
1The pump should be filled with liquid first, and the air inside the pump should be drained before starting.
2After starting or replacing the wire connector, you should first jog the motor to check if the direction of rotation is correct.
3If a gate valve is installed on the inlet pipeline of the pump, it should be fully opened before starting. After exhausting the silicon liquid, close the gate valve of the outlet pipeline, start the pump, and then open the gate valve of the outlet pipeline. Adjust to the operating condition, do not use the gate valve on the inlet pipeline to adjust the condition. Before stopping the machine, close the gate valve on the outlet pipeline first, and then stop the machine.
4If any abnormal vibration or noise is found during the operation of the pump, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. Under normal circumstances, run3000After an hour, a disassembly inspection should be conducted and vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.
5When the machine is shut down for a short period of time, if the ambient temperature is below the freezing point of the conveyed liquid, the liquid should be emptied. For long-term shutdown, the pump should be disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled before being properly stored.
