1). Purpose and scope of application
a. This product is suitable for heating, bathing, and air conditioning systems in residential areas, government offices, factories, mines, hotels, and other places.
b. The types of heat media are steam and hot water. When steam is used, the condensate temperature of the heating system is below 80 ℃, and the condensate temperature of the air conditioning system is below 60 ℃.
c. Heating system supply and return water temperature 85/60 ℃ (adjustable); The supply and return water temperature of the air conditioning system is 60/50 ℃ (adjustable); The supply temperature of the domestic hot water system is 65 ℃ (adjustable).
d. If there are special requirements for the heating system, our factory can calculate them separately.
(2). Features of the equipment
a. Automatic control, realizing mechatronics integration, no need for manual monitoring, high heating capacity, and energy saving.
b. Intelligent control: There are two control methods, namely industrial computer control and touch screen and PLC joint control, which can realize the control and display of various operating parameters of the operating status, and can be adapted to remote operation and fault diagnosis.
c. The system adopts frequency conversion control for water replenishment, fully automatic on-demand water replenishment, and high stability.
d. When heating, the condensate tank and the make-up tank are integrated into one, which has a small volume, occupies a small area, and saves investment.
e. If the unit is used for domestic hot water, it can be fixed point, timed, constant pressure, constant temperature, with high degree of automation and high efficiency and energy saving.
