Working principle of high-efficiency fine crusher

The high-efficiency fine crusher is mainly composed of a chassis, grates, an electric motor, a rotor, a plate hammer, and a counterattack lining plate. Its main working principle is basically the same as that of a counterattack crusher: under the drive of the electric motor, the rotor rotates at high speed, and the plate hammer fixed on the rotor produces a strong impact force on the falling material, which promotes the material to loosen and break, thereby achieving the purpose of crushing. The high-efficiency fine crusher has been improved in the working area by adding a second crushing chamber, which allows the material crushed in the first crushing chamber to undergo secondary crushing again, increasing crushing efficiency and more precise particle size control, effectively reducing the rate of unqualified products. The workflow is simplified, fast and efficient, and the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port after meeting the particle size requirements to obtain the finished product.
