The whole machine consists of a feeding hopper, side cover, body, spindle, bearing seat, motor, frame, and discharge hopper. During operation, the motor is directly connected to the coupling to drive the spindle to rotate at a constant speed, and the spindle is equipped with a flying knife for high-speed rotation. The material is fed into the hopper by an elevator (or screw pump, etc.) and is chopped by a high-speed rotating flying knife. Due to the centrifugal force, the material falls into another storage tank through a waist shaped sieve and is then output to the next process by the feeding pump.
