The counter is designed and manufactured using CMOS integrated circuits. In the black depth background counting cell, energy-saving circular fluorescent lamps are used for side illumination, and the comparison of bacterial colonies is clear. According to the regulations of bacterial counting inspection, the instrument display is designed with three digits. When the bacterial colony length in a culture dish exceeds 300 hours, the test sample should be diluted and remade to ensure the accuracy of counting. This instrument can reduce the labor intensity of experimental personnel, improve work efficiency and work quality. XK97-AInstructions for use

1. Connect the power supply, turn on the switch to turn on the counting cell, and the display screen will show "001". Insert the probe plug into the socket of the instrument, press the "reset" button to zero and put the instrument into working mode.

2. Put it into the culture dish for inspection.

3. Use a probe to count all the colonies one by one on the bottom of the culture dish. At this point, the colony is marked with a color and the buzzer sounds, indicating that the counting is valid. The numbers on the display screen automatically accumulate.

4. Carefully check with a magnifying glass to confirm that there are no missing points, and the counting is complete. (If there are omissions, you can use the "manual" counting button to make up for them)

5. The number on the display screen is the bacterial count of the culture dish.

6. Record the numbers and remove the culture dish. Press the "Reset" button to enter the initial state of the display screen.

Precautions

1. The instrument should be placed on a flat and sturdy tabletop for use.

2. When counting bacterial colonies, do not tilt the probe too much and gently tap until there is a bouncing sensation, and the number will be inputted.

3. The instrument should be moisture-proof, resistant to severe vibrations, resistant to direct sunlight exposure, and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. After use, a dust cover should be added.

4. Be careful to prevent bacterial culture from contaminating the counting cell.

5. The instrument and probe cannot be disassembled at will. If a malfunction is found, please have experienced technicians repair it.
