Application:

Cleaning requirements:

1. Fill the reaction solvent into the kettle through the exhaust valve, clean most of the residue, inject water into half of the kettle and stir for 10 minutes. At this time, open the kettle lid and clean the inner wall of the kettle.

When cleaning, it is necessary to clean the kettle cover and sampling valve, and at the same time, slightly fill the kettle with nitrogen gas in the presence of water.

3. For temporarily unused reaction vessels, soak them in 70% volume of clean anhydrous ethanol without tightening the screws.After cleaning, it can be convenient for next use.
