ZZY type self operated pressure regulating valve does not require external energy. It uses the energy of the regulated medium as a power source, introduces an actuator to control the position of the valve core, changes the pressure difference and flow rate at both ends, and stabilizes the pressure before (or after) the valve. It has the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing, and small pressure set point fluctuations, and is widely used in automatic control of pressure reduction and stabilization or leakage stabilization of gas, liquid, and steam media.
This series of products has three structures: single seat (ZZYP), sleeve (ZZYM), and double seat (ZZYN); There are two types of actuators: membrane type and piston type; The types of action include pressure regulation after the pressure reducing valve (Type B) and pressure regulation before the pressure relief valve (Type K). The nominal pressure of the product includes PN16, 40, and 64; Valve body diameter range DN20-300; There are three levels of leakage: II, IV, and VI; The traffic characteristic is fast opening; The pressure is adjusted in stages from 15 to 2500kPa. Can be combined as needed to meet user requirements.
