Product Introduction:

The DC resistance test of transformer windings is a test item for transformers after handover, major repairs, and changes to tap changers. By measuring the DC resistance of the transformer winding, the welding or connection quality of the leads, the presence of inter turn short circuits or open circuits in the winding, and the good contact of the tap changer can be checked. In the past, QJ44 double arm bridge was used to measure direct resistance, and the measurement current of this type of bridge is in the milliampere range, which requires a long measurement time and low accuracy. In order to change this situation, shorten measurement time, and reduce the workload of testers, our company has developedZZ-3A Inductive Load DC Resistance Tester.

This product is a high-precision replacement for DC single and double arm bridge. The instrument adopts * switching power supply technology, which is more than 100 times faster than the bridge in measurement speed. The display part displays the measurement results on a four and a half digit LCD liquid crystal display, and the three and a half digit LCD liquid crystal displays the ambient temperature or test current value. It overcomes the disadvantage of other similar products that are inconvenient to read under sunlight with LED display values, and also has automatic arc extinguishing function. This DC resistance rapid tester has the advantages of fast speed measurement, high accuracy, intuitive display, strong resistance, small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable test data, and is not affected by human factors.
