Test principle:
Powder Natural Bulk Density Meter - Dust falls freely from the funnel at a certain height and fills the measuring cup; Measure the mass of dust per unit volume in the measuring cup in a loose state, that is, the dust packing density.
Industry applications:
The natural stacking loose packing density meter (modified funnel method) is used to determine the density of dust accumulation.

Test object:
Various non-metallic powders: such as kaolin, calcium carbonate, coal powder, fluorescent powder, brucite, calcite, wollastonite, tourmaline, diamond, barite, fluorite, zeolite, boron carbide, clay, graphite, quartz, gypsum, bentonite, diatomaceous earth, zirconium silicate, corundum, mica, clay, titanium dioxide, etc.

instrument structure
1. Funnel (outlet diameter 12.7mm): The funnel is made of stainless steel material, with a taper of 60 °± 0.5
2. Blocking rod: made of stainless steel material, used to prevent dust from falling when it is loaded into the funnel.
3. Measuring cup: This device is equipped with a stainless steel measuring cup with a capacity of 100ml and an inner diameter of Φ 39mm.
4. Scraper: made of stainless steel material, used to remove excess dust when it is loaded into the funnel.
Measurement steps
1. Test the weight m1 of an empty stainless steel measuring cup
2. Use a blocking rod to block the funnel, weigh some powder and pour it into the funnel
3. Remove the blocking rod and let the powder flow freely downstairs until it overflows from the measuring cup
4. Use a stainless steel ruler to scrape off any excess powder from the measuring cup, and then weigh the weight of the measuring cup and powder in m2 at this time
5. Calculate the bulk density of the powder according to the formula: ρ=(M2-M1)/V Note: V The calibrated volumetric capacity is 100cm3.
Note:
The difference between the maximum and minimum values of dust obtained from three consecutive measurements should be less than 1g, and the average of the three measurements that meet the requirements should be taken as the measurement result.
