The moisture in the oil is quickly vaporized under high heat, high vacuum degree, large surface, and high pumping speed conditions and discharged from the vacuum system.
The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is first cooled and dehumidified by the condenser, and then enters the cooler for further cooling. The condensed water enters the water storage tank and is discharged. After two rounds of condensation and dehumidification, the gas is discharged into the air by the vacuum pump. The dry oil liquid after vacuum vaporization and dehydration in the vacuum separator is pumped from negative pressure to positive pressure by the oil transfer pump, filtered, and then discharged from the outlet to complete the entire oil purification process.

1. Filtering system:

This machine adopts a progressive encryption filtering setting, and the primary and secondary filters are made of stainless steel material that can be repeatedly cleaned and used; The fine filter is made of imported material from Japan.

2. Heating system:

The heating system consists of a heater, a temperature controller, and other components; Multiple sets of heaters can be used separately or simultaneously; The start-up of the heater is controlled by the temperature difference set by the temperature controller; The temperature controller can only be started when the vacuum pump and oil pump are running simultaneously. This three pronged interlocking ensures the safe operation of the heater, prevents the generation of "dead" oil zones and the aging of the oil, and can also monitor the temperature of the heating system in real time and control the heater to operate within a set temperature range; When the temperature of the heater exceeds the protection set point, it can automatically cut off the operation of the heater, ensuring the safety of equipment, oil and personnel.

3. Vacuum system:

The vacuum system consists of a vacuum separator, a vacuum pump, a condenser, a cooler, and other components. By utilizing the principle of "air pockets", the contact area of oil in the vacuum separator is expanded by hundreds of times, and the "air pocket" system continuously increases the surface area of oil evaporation, and the evaporation interface is constantly updated, which limits the travel and static water evaporation area of oil in the vacuum system.

4. Automatic control and protection system:

The automatic control system consists of infrared sensors, motors, solenoid valves, protective components, and other components.

1) Start the vacuum pump and the oil supply solenoid valve will automatically open at the same time;

2) When the oil temperature reaches the set point, the temperature controller sends a signal that the heater stops working, otherwise the heating is put into operation;

3) The start and stop of the heater are controlled by interlocking the temperature controller, oil pump, and vacuum pump (see "Heating System" above); When the temperature of the heater exceeds the set value (factory set to 60 ℃), the heater stops working;

4) The oil intake is automatically controlled by the oil inlet valve, solenoid valve, infrared level sensor, and oil pump;

a) Start the vacuum pump, and at the same time, the oil supply solenoid valve will automatically open;

b) When the oil level is higher than the upper infrared control oil level, the inlet solenoid valve automatically closes; When the oil level is below the upper infrared control level, the oil inlet solenoid valve automatically opens;

c) When the oil level is below the lower infrared control level during equipment operation, the oil pump automatically stops and the stop indicator light is on; When the oil level exceeds the infrared control level, the oil pump automatically starts and the running indicator light is on;

d）、 The factory pressure protection control point of the pressure controller is set to 0.3Mpa, and when the set point is reached, the entire machine stops working and an alarm is triggered;

5. Cooling system:

It consists of a condenser, a cooler, a radiator, a water reservoir, and other components. The water vapor and other gases evaporated from the vacuum separator enter the cooler and radiator after passing through the condenser, where they are reduced to water and collected by the water reservoir. The dried gas is then discharged by the vacuum pump to protect the vacuum pump.
