3.1 Medium speed use within the speed range can extend the service life of the instrument.
3.The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.
3.3 Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the minimum position.
3.4 When filling the culture test bottles, in order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
3.5 Select timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position.
3.6Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed knob to the desired levelturnSpeed up.
Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be set to the minimum position, the timer must be set to "zero", the power switch must be turned off, and the power must be cut off.
4、 Maintenance and upkeep

During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.

After one year of use, if abnormal noise is found in the motor of the instrument; The bearings in the transmission part are worn, and the belt is loose or cracked; We will continue to provide high-quality services and assist in handling faults such as electronic control component failures.
