Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.
2The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, the environment should be kept clean and tidy, ventilated and dry, and the water supply and drainage should be convenient.
3. UseDouble-layer air constant temperature oscillatorBefore proceeding, place the speed control knob in the minimum position and turn off the 'oscillation switch'.
4Filling of culture test bottles: In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
5Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the 'on' position, and the indicator light will turn on.
6Choose a constant temperature:
① Turn the temperature "setting temperature" selection switch to the "setting" position, adjust the temperature control knob, and the desired set temperature will be displayed digitally.
② Turn the temperature "setting temperature" selection switch to the "temperature measurement" position, and the actual temperature inside the working chamber will be displayed digitally. (The red indicator light is on, indicating that the heater is working)
7. Select the timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position.

8Turn on the 'oscillation switch', the indicator light will turn on, slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed. (When different oscillation modes need to be selected, simply change the position of the reversing switch.).
Before each shutdown, all switches should be placed in a non working state, the timer should be set to "zero", and the power should be cut off.
