Instructions for use

Place the instrument on a stable workbench to avoid vibration affecting the testing accuracy.

Connect the power cord and turn on the switch. At this point, the system enters the initial state, and the window displays "----", indicating that the system has entered the testing state.

3. Choose the unit of test results (kg/N) and do not switch back and forth during use.

Rotate the disc handle clockwise to move the probe to the right to the appropriate position; Place the tested tablet between the probe and the testing platform; Then rotate the disc handle counterclockwise to move the probe to the left and start applying squeezing force to the tested tablet. At this point, the window displays a gradually increasing pressure value; When the tested tablet is crushed by squeezing, the window displays the highest pressure value and is locked, and the buzzer inside the instrument starts to sound. At this time, the window displays the hardness value of the tested tablet; The buzzing stops, then proceed to the next test, and so on.

Up to 5 tests can be stored on this machine, and after the 5th test, the CPU automatically averages the values from the previous 5 tests and displays them

Press the "Value" button, and the window will display the average hardness value of this batch of samples and the hardness values of each test.

6. After the test is completed, clean the probe and test bench with a brush, and turn off the power.
