XS11850 is a new generation of surface array cooled fiber optic spectrometer developed by Hai Optoelectronics for the measurement of 785nm Raman spectra.

The whole machine adopts S11850 detector, which has high sensitivity and stability of area array CCD. This detector has excellent response performance in near-infrared, which can enhance the sensitivity of spectral response in the near-infrared range.

At the same time, the equipment adopts a two-stage cooling design, which reduces the instrument's dark noise and improves stability through TEC cooling and physical cooling. The lowest cooling effect can reach -10 ℃ (non relative temperature), and can achieve long integration time Raman spectroscopy measurement (up to 65s).
