The detector adopts a Hamamatsu high-sensitivity linear array CMOS linear array sensor, with 16 bit A/D sampling and 75% quantum efficiency, providing high signal-to-noise ratio and large dynamic range for the spectrometer. The highly integrated circuit and compact structural design ensure good communication speed and wavelength thermal stability of this series of spectrometers, which can achieve reliable and stable Raman spectroscopy measurement at 0-40 ℃.
