The Niton XL2 Plus provides sensitivity for each measurement through its proprietary 2W X-ray tube, dynamic current regulation, and next-generation silicon drift detector. The Niton XL2 Plus uses the Intelligent Basic Parameter (FP) method to calibrate sample matrix effects and obtain accurate results.
