Installation of hot melt sleeve
1. When installing the hot melt sleeve, if there is soil or dirt at the joint, place the hot melt sleeve between the joints and ensure that the heating wire is placed on top of the outer cover;

2. Overlap the hot melt sleeve and place a pressure plate at the large longitudinal joint of the hot melt to ensure a tight interface overlap. The electric heating ratio at both ends of the hot melt sleeve should be tightly tied and secured with packing tape, without loosening;

3. Connect the hot melt electric heating wire to the control box (output), start the switch, and set the voltage and power on time according to the specification reference table;

4. When there is melted polymer overflow at the edge of the joint, cut off the power or automatically cut off the power;

5. Generally, according to the on-site situation, the hot melt sleeve interface needs 20-30 minutes of natural cooling before removing the packing tape and pressure plate.

Used as a support bracket for polyurethane pipeline foaming process, a support bracket for jacket skin during thermal insulation pipeline foaming process, a support bracket for jacket skin tied to steel pipe during thermal pipeline laying process, and a trapezoidal/triangular/sun shaped/belt shaped support bracket for jacket skin before thermal pipeline foaming. Before foaming with polyurethane, a single support bracket for the jacket leather needs to be tied to a steel pipe with wire strings to support it. There are also connected brackets shaped like a sun that can be directly fitted onto pipes, saving you labor costs.
