(1) Sludge feeding system: This system consists of a sludge cutting machine, sludge feeding pump, electromagnetic flow meter, manual valve, etc.
(2) The flocculant dispensing system: This system consists of a booster pump, a jet pump, a dispensing tank, a storage tank, a mixing ball, a dosing pump, a rotor flowmeter, and pipelines.
(3) Separation host: Large aspect ratio horizontal screw centrifuge (dehydration type, concentration and clarification type)

II. Mechanical differential with ten double frequency converters: The left speed is infinitely adjustable with a frequency converter, with an adjustment range of 5-25r/min and an alarm.
(4) Cement cake conveying system:
I. Shaftless Spiral Conveyor: The material of the conveyor is stainless steel; Inner cushion ABS, spiral shaftless type. Conveyor length according to user requirements

2、 Working principle
The sludge to be treated is connected to the input end of the sludge feeding system through a pipeline. The long fiber impurities in it are cut and crushed by a sludge cutting machine, and then metered by a flow meter through a feed pump (single screw pump) and input into the sludge dewatering machine (horizontal screw centrifuge).
The flocculant (powder or liquid) is diluted and fully dissolved in the mixing tank according to the proportion, and then enters the storage tank. The mountain dosing pump controls the flow rate determined by the dehydration process requirements. After dilution with water at a concentration of 0.08-0.12%, it enters the dewatering machine and mixes with the sludge to be treated. The flocculant solidifies into a dense state. After the sludge is dehydrated by the dewatering host, the clarified sewage is discharged through the pipeline of the mountain clarification liquid, and the dehydrated sludge is discharged from the discharge outlet of the host and then transferred to the site or directly loaded onto the truck for external transportation by a flexible shaftless sludge conveyor (or sludge conveying pump). The continuous input of sludge to be treated, the continuous discharge and transportation of clarified liquid and dehydrated sludge is a fully automatic treatment process. The dosing, feeding, sludge transportation, and operation of the main unit of the grid device are all detected and controlled by a fully automatic PLC electro-hydraulic control box, making the device a fully automatic complete set of operating units.
