| 2、 Working principle The sludge to be treated is connected to the input end of the sludge feeding system through a pipeline. The long fiber impurities in it are cut and crushed by a sludge cutting machine, and then metered by a flow meter through a feed pump (single screw pump) and input into the sludge dewatering machine (horizontal screw centrifuge). The flocculant (powder or liquid) is diluted and fully dissolved in the mixing tank according to the proportion, and then enters the storage tank. The mountain dosing pump controls the flow rate determined by the dehydration process requirements. After dilution with water at a concentration of 0.08-0.12%, it enters the dewatering machine and mixes with the sludge to be treated. The flocculant solidifies into a dense state. After the sludge is dehydrated by the dewatering host, the clarified sewage is discharged through the pipeline of the mountain clarification liquid, and the dehydrated sludge is discharged from the discharge outlet of the host and then transferred to the site or directly loaded onto the truck for external transportation by a flexible shaftless sludge conveyor (or sludge conveying pump). The continuous input of sludge to be treated, the continuous discharge and transportation of clarified liquid and dehydrated sludge is a fully automatic treatment process.
