Load the product basket into the sterilization kettle, press the cylinders separately, and close the kettle door. Then the kettle door is ensured to be safe through triple safety interlocking. Throughout the sterilization process, the door is mechanically locked.
The sterilization process is automatically carried out according to the formula input into the microprocessor controller PLC.
Keep an appropriate amount of water at the bottom of the sterilization kettle. If necessary, this portion of water can be automatically injected during the initial heating stage. For hot filled products, this part of water can be preheated in a hot water tank and then injected. During the entire sterilization process, this part of water is pumped through a water distribution pipe and nozzle distributed in the kettle and repeatedly circulated, spraying the water in the form of mist and evenly distributing it in the pot to heat the product. This ensures even distribution of heat.
The tubular heat exchanger configured in the sterilization kettle, during the heating and cooling stages, the process water in the pot passes through one side, while the steam and cooling water pass through the other side, so that the sterilized product will not come into direct contact with the steam and cooling water, achieving sterile heating and cooling.
Throughout the entire process, the pressure inside the sterilization kettle is controlled by the program through an automatic valve to supply or discharge compressed air to the sterilization kettle. As it is water spray sterilization, the pressure in the kettle is not affected by temperature, and the pressure can be set freely according to the packaging of different products, so that the equipment can be applied more widely (three piece cans, two piece cans, flexible packaging bags, glass bottles, plastic packaging, etc. can be adapted at the same time).
When sterilization is completed, an alarm signal will be issued. At this time, you can open the door and unload the material. Then prepare to sterilize the next batch of products.
The temperature distribution uniformity inside the kettle is+/-0.5 ℃, and the pressure is controlled at 0.05Bar. The entire process of work, the rotation speed and time of the rotating body are determined by the sterilization process of the product.
●Accurate temperature control and thermal distribution
The temperature control system developed by DTS has up to 12 temperature control stages, and can choose step and linear heating modes according to different product and process formulas, achieving repeatability and stability between batches of products. The temperature can be controlled within ± 0.5 ℃.
●Pressure control, suitable for various packaging forms
The pressure control system developed by DTS continuously adjusts the pressure throughout the entire production process to adapt to changes in the internal pressure of product packaging, achieving deformation of the product packaging. Whether it is rigid containers such as iron or aluminum cans, plastic bottles and boxes, or flexible containers such as gas containing soft packaging, it can easily meet the requirements. The pressure can be controlled within ± 0.05Bar
●High cleanliness product packaging
By using a heat exchanger for indirect heating and cooling, the steam and cooling water do not come into contact with the process water, and impurities in the steam and cold water are not carried to the sterilization kettle, avoiding secondary pollution of the product. There is no need for water treatment chemicals (no need to add chlorine), and the service life of the heat exchanger is greatly extended.
●Compliant with FDA/USDA certification
DTS has experienced thermal validation experts and is a member of IFTPS in the United States. We fully cooperate with third-party thermal validation agencies recognized by the FDA, and the experience of numerous North American customers has made DTS familiar with FDA/USDA regulatory requirements and sterilization technologies.
●Energy-saving and environmental protection
>A small amount of process water is quickly circulated to reach the predetermined sterilization temperature.
>Low noise, creating a quiet and comfortable working environment.
>Unlike pure steam sterilization, there is no need to exhaust before heating, which greatly saves steam loss and approximately 30% of steam. The rotating system has a simple structure and stable performance. The rotating body structure is processed and formed in one go, and then balanced to ensure the smoothness of the cage rotation.
The towing system adopts an external mechanism for overall processing, with a simple structure that is easy to maintain and greatly extends its service life. The compression system adopts dual pneumatic cylinders for automatic segmented compression, guiding the structure to bear force and extending the service life of the cylinders.
