Working principle of water bath rotary sterilization kettle
Load the product basket into the sterilization kettle, press the cylinders separately, and close the kettle door. Then the kettle door is ensured to be safe through triple safety interlocking. Throughout the sterilization process, the door is mechanically locked.
The sterilization process is automatically carried out according to the formula input into the microprocessor controller PLC.
At the beginning, the high-temperature water from the hot water tank is injected into the sterilization kettle. After mixing with the product, the hot water is continuously circulated through a large flow water pump and a scientifically distributed water distribution pipe. Steam is injected through a water vapor mixer to continue heating and sterilizing the product.
The process water in the sterilization kettle achieves uniform water flow at any position in the vertical and horizontal directions through the rotation of the rotating body, achieving excellent heat distribution.
Throughout the entire process, the pressure inside the sterilization kettle is controlled by the program through an automatic valve to supply or discharge compressed air to the sterilization kettle. Due to water immersion sterilization, the pressure inside the kettle is not affected by temperature, and can be freely set according to the packaging of different products, making the equipment more widely applicable (three piece cans, two piece cans, flexible packaging bags, etc. can adapt simultaneously).
During the cooling stage, hot water recovery and replacement can be chosen to recover the sterilization hot water to the hot water tank, thereby saving heat energy.
When sterilization is completed, an alarm signal will be issued. At this time, you can open the door and unload the material. Then prepare to sterilize the next batch of products.
The temperature distribution uniformity inside the kettle is+/-0.5 ℃, and the pressure is controlled at 0.05Bar. The entire process of work, the rotation speed and time of the rotating body are determined by the sterilization process of the product.
