Screw compressor+frequency conversion technology
Choose an international brand semi enclosed twin-screw compressor with a cast iron shell, forged steel rotor, SKF bearings, which is efficient, energy-saving, durable, and has a long service life;
Alternatively, variable frequency drive technology can be adopted, using the international brand Siemens frequency converter, which significantly improves the energy efficiency of the chiller unit at partial loads. The comprehensive partial load performance (IPLV) can reach around 10.0, with significant energy-saving effects.

Shell and tube evaporator
The evaporator adopts a dry, full liquid or falling film design, with refrigerant flowing through the shell side and water flowing through the tube side. The copper tube adopts 1.1mm thick copper heat exchange tube, ensuring that all products meet the high requirements of high efficiency, energy saving, safety, strong anti pollution ability, and durability.

Shell and tube condenser
Shell and tube condenser is a high-efficiency heat exchanger that exceeds the standard. Different materials of heat exchange tubes can be selected according to customer usage conditions and water quality factors. It can also increase the fouling coefficient to enhance heat exchange efficiency, ensuring high efficiency, energy saving, and service life of the unit.

Heat Recovery Device - Optional Accessories
The condensation heat of the chiller unit (usually discharged into the atmosphere through the cooling tower) is recovered and effectively utilized. With the heat recovery cycle, the heat absorbed during refrigeration can be transported to the areas in the building that require hot water through heat recovery. During the cooling season, hot water temperatures above 50 ℃ can be provided for free

Human machine interface and control center
The highly integrated PLC controller used is fully automatic and can be connected to the Modbs upper computer system. It has a 10 inch full-color human-machine interaction interface, and the operation is simple and easy. The equipment operation data, fault display, and solutions are clear at a glance, and can be connected to the operation service system.

IoT cloud service platform (remote control)
The configured IoT cloud service platform can be remotely controlled through a mobile app, displaying real-time unit operation data and providing SMS pre alarm function, without the need for on-site personnel on duty, greatly reducing personnel costs.
