In today's rapidly developing modern industrial technology, in order to improve production efficiency, enhance product quality, and reduce production costs, there is an increasing demand for temperature control in the production process. Widely used in industries such as metal processing, machinery&engineering, medical, chemical, food and beverage processing, laser, electronics, textile, electroplating, semiconductor testing, waterjet cutting, vacuum coating, construction, and military.

Design features:

Compressor and high-efficiency condenser, evaporator combination, refrigeration, energy-saving, low noise, long service life.

Cooling range: 5 ℃ -35 ℃.

R22 refrigerant, optional environmentally friendly refrigerants R407, R410A, R134A, R404A, with good refrigeration effect.

By increasing the evaporator and condenser, the unit can operate in high temperature environments below 45 degrees Celsius.

Microcomputer control, precise temperature control within ± 1 ℃ temperature difference.

Low noise high air volume fan.

Stainless steel brand pumps are standard, and stainless steel or high-pressure pumps are optional.

Multiple protective devices ensure system safety.

The design of the water tank coil evaporator not only provides a continuous and stable supply of chilled water, but also cools the water inside the water tank, reducing the absorption of environmental heat and improving refrigeration efficiency.

Huaxiang water-cooled condenser adopts shell and tube condenser, with fast heat conduction and good cooling effect, suitable for areas with high temperature and abundant water sources.

Huaxiang air-cooled condenser adopts a finned condenser, which has good heat dissipation effect, is easy to clean and maintain, and is easy to install.

Power supply voltage: 1PH 220V/50HZ --1/2HP to 2HP

3PH 380V/415V 50HZ --3HP to 60HP and various non-standard voltages.

Note:
1. The cooling capacity is determined based on the following conditions: chilled water inlet temperature of 12 ℃, chilled water outlet temperature of 7 ℃, condenser air inlet temperature of 35 ℃, condenser air outlet temperature of 40 ℃;
2. The above parameter table shows that a cooling capacity of 30HP or more can be equipped with a water tank shell and tube evaporator and a chilled water pump. The size of the water tank volume and the power of the water pump will be noted during the selection process; This parameter specification is for shell and tube evaporator system;
3. Chinese interface digital series control system for control system; Customized as a programmable PLC system, both capable of RS485 communication;
4. The design pressure of the chilled water side for standard models is 1.0Mpa; Container pressurization type (special order model) suitable for design pressure;
5. The client has internal and external wire interfaces, and the flange mode is provided by the customer. The main power supply is 3-phase 380V 50Hz, and the operating power supply is single-phase 220V 50Hz; Please apply in advance when ordering non-standard power supplies;
