Working principle of thermistor:
WZP-331 gold junction box temperature sensor temperature probe thermal resistance PT100 movable flange is a commonly used temperature measuring element in medium and low temperature areas. Thermoelectric resistors measure temperature by utilizing the characteristic that the resistance of a substance changes with temperature. The heated part (temperature sensing element) of a thermal resistor is uniformly wrapped around a skeleton made of insulating material with thin metal wires. When there is a temperature gradient in the measured medium, the measured temperature is the average temperature in the medium layer within the range of the temperature sensing element. Its main features are high measurement accuracy and stable performance. Among them, platinum thermistors have the highest measurement accuracy.


The structural characteristics of thermal resistance:
Thermal resistors are usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic regulators. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, vapor, gas media, and solid surfaces within the range of -200 ℃ to+600 ℃ in various production processes.
(1) WZ series assembled thermistor: usually composed of temperature sensing elements, installation and fixing devices, junction boxes and other main components, it has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, stable and reliable performance. In practical application, Pt100 platinum thermistor is used.
(2) WZPK series armored platinum thermistor: Armored thermistor is a solid body composed of temperature sensing elements, leads, insulation materials, and stainless steel sleeves. It has the following advantages: slender shape, fast thermal response time, anti vibration, long service life, etc.
(3) Explosion proof thermistor: The explosion-proof thermistor uses a specially designed junction box to confine the explosion of explosive mixed gases inside the junction box caused by sparks or arcs, and does not cause explosions on the production site.
(4) End face thermistor: The temperature sensing element of the end face thermistor is made of specially processed resistance wire wrapped tightly against the end face of the thermometer. Compared with general axial resistance, it can more accurately and quickly reflect the actual temperature of the measured end face, and is suitable for measuring surface temperature.
