WIGGENS BioREACTOR high-throughput bioreactor
The WIGGENS Mag bioreactor is a new, compact, easy-to-use, modular bioreactor that can accommodate up to 48 parallel reactions simultaneously. High throughput, high-level fermentation reactions are widely used in biotechnology, chemistry, or pharmaceutical research. By using high-throughput and high-level parallelization reactions, research and development time can be reduced, and the cost of researching and optimizing new product reaction procedures can be lowered. Reducing the total amount of reaction mixture (8-15ml) saves raw material and process costs. The WIGGENS Mag bioreactor has precise temperature control function; Speed control with adaptive speed adjustment; Real time monitoring of pH and DO. The gas and mixture in the reactor are controlled by gas path induction to regulate the rotational speed. The headspace sterile environment prevents internal cross contamination and external contamination, and is suitable for aerobic or anaerobic cultivation. It is easy to scale up the proportion of trace reaction results to production scale by accurately defining reaction parameters, comparing power, and oxygen input (kLa>0.4 s-1) based on the reactor volume. Bioreactors can be used as independent units, operated independently, or integrated into automated control for online use.

BioREACTOR Bioreactor
The WIGGENS Mag bioreactor is characterized by high parallelism, precise temperature control, and selectable working volume.
Parallel reaction
The WIGGENS Mag bioreactor offers two parallel reaction modules: 8-channel and 48 channel. If there is a higher throughput requirement, several 2mag bioreactors can also be used in parallel to achieve higher throughput requirements. The intelligent control software will perform overall system control on several parallel reaction modules, and important process parameters such as pH and DO are monitored in real-time. In addition, various parameters between different modules can be independently controlled, such as temperature, speed, etc.

temperature control
The module is equipped with a Pt100 sensor, which is connected to an external thermostat to accurately control the temperature of the module. To prevent evaporation loss, there is a cooling reflux device at the top of the reactor to ensure that water does not dissipate.
Working volume
The working volume of the reactor is between 8-15mL. This fermentation reaction volume will not undergo drastic changes during the reaction process due to reaction conditions, while reserving volume space for pH buffering adjustment and substrate addition.
Mixing monitoring
In the case of high cell density or solid particle concentration, the reactor may stop. After the machine detects the stop of rotation, it will automatically restart a few seconds later, providing a safe guarantee for the experiment.
intelligent software
Independent control software can be used to control multiple reaction modules with flux of 8 and 48 holes.
High pressure steam sterilization and sterility
All parts in contact with the culture medium can be sterilized by high-pressure steam or packaged in disposable sterile packaging. The gas path and stirring components can be sterilized by high-pressure steam. The bioreactor module can be disinfected with alcohol. The disposable reaction container is packaged sterile and discarded immediately after the experiment is completed. During the experiment, sterile headspace gas can prevent cross contamination and exogenous contamination. Optional accessories, air outlet unit, can prevent harmful microorganisms, spores and other pollutants from contaminating the environment. Bioreactors can be used as independent units, operated independently, or integrated into automated control for online use. The experimental results of the bioreactor facilitate laboratory or production scale expansion.
scalability
The accurate recording of experimental factors and parameters in bioreactors can be easily scaled up to laboratory and production scales by precisely defining reaction parameters, comparing power, and oxygen input (kLa>0.4 s-1) based on the reactor volume.
automation
Bioreactors can be used as independent units, operated independently, or integrated into automated control for online use. Integrated control functions include pH control, substrate feeding, sampling, OD value
Measurement, etc. Other parameter measurements can also be conducted through sampling.
Real time monitoring of pH and DO
Use non-invasive optical sensors to monitor pH and DO throughout the entire reaction process. A sensing point is installed at the bottom of the reactor, which contains fluorescent dyes sensitive to pH and O2. The pH measurement range is between 6.0-8.5, and the DO measurement range is between 0% and 50%.
Reaction vessel (disposable)
The reaction vessel is made of polystyrene and packaged sterile. A small sterile package contains two reaction vessels. The reaction vessel has a geometric internal design with baffles, which can achieve the mixing effect of materials and oxygen transfer rate during stirring.
gas
The reactor is equipped with a gas mixing station, which can separately introduce or mix various gases such as (O2, N2, CO2, air,...) according to the aerobic or anaerobic cultivation type. The gas induction magnetic drive intake component controls the gas passage and flow rate. The gas transfer rate can be adjusted by the rotational speed.
