Our unit has developed a vacuum radiation tunnel drying line through more than ten years of accumulation

The vacuum tunnel drying line is designed specifically for heat sensitive, easily decomposable, and oxidizable substances. During operation, it can maintain a certain degree of vacuum in the studio and can be filled with inert gas to protect the products, especially for complex products that can be quickly dried at low temperatures.

The whole machine adopts an integrated design, and the entire equipment operates in a fully automatic process. The control system coordinates various actions according to pre fixed parameters, monitors various point parameters, and reads, outputs, and saves real-time temperature, vacuum degree, and time at each point to analyze and correct production conditions, achieving the drying conditions required by customers and ensuring product stability and consistency.
