Vacuum oven DZF-6050 Usage Overview:

The vacuum drying oven is designed specifically for drying heat sensitive, easily decomposable, and oxidizable substances. It can be filled with inert gas inside, especially for items with complex components that can be quickly dried.

The rectangular studio achieves a large effective volume, and the microcomputer temperature controller provides precise and reliable temperature control. Compared with traditional vacuum boxes, the drying time is reduced by more than 40%.

Tempered and double-layer glass doors allow for easy observation of objects inside the studio, and can be filled with inert gas.

The tightness of the box door closure can be adjusted, and the integrated synthetic silicon door sealing ring ensures high vacuum inside the box.

The studio is made of stainless steel plate material to ensure that the products are durable and easy to clean.

Storage, heating, testing, and drying can be carried out in an environment without oxygen or filled with inert gas, without causing oxidation.
