Overview

CVC 3000 achieves vacuum process control by controlling vacuum pumps, vacuum valves, refrigerant valves, and various accessories. A graphical user interface with clear text menus (available in 14 languages) and a flywheel style control button for easy operation. Some versions of the controller have built-in ceramic film vacuum sensors and vent valves (which can also be externally connected). This ceramic vacuum sensor has excellent chemical resistance, high measurement accuracy, and is not affected by gas types.
