Overview
VZM Zoom imaging lenses can inspect various objects without changing the working distance. In addition, same focal length zoom allows for easy adjustment of magnification without refocusing. These economical lenses range in working distance from 35mm to 175mm and offer a Z-large 2/3 "sensor format. The iris version (i-series) comes with a locked aperture, front filter thread, detachable mounting flange, and optional zoom lock. VZM ™ Zoom imaging lenses can inspect various objects without changing the working distance. In addition, same focal length zoom allows for easy adjustment of magnification without refocusing. These economical lenses range in working distance from 35mm to 175mm and offer a large 2/3 "sensor format. The iris version (i-series) comes with a locked aperture, front filter thread, detachable mounting flange, and optional zoom lock. All lenses have a flange with a diameter of 50mm (removable iris version, except for 450i right angle) for installation. VZM ™ Zoom imaging lenses are an ideal choice for integrated circuits and solder joint detection. It is also applicable to quality control and laboratory testing needs, as well as surface analysis.
Electric lens
Electric lens with CE packaged DC gear motor with rubber O-ring belt drive and bracket, CE analog/RS-232 control unit, 10 foot motor/controller cable, basic LabVIEW ™ Operating interface software disk (Windows) ® 982000, or XP compatible), RS-232 cable and CE universal power supply (110V and 220V operation), with movable American standard IEC power cord. The control unit allows users to change zoom and the speed and direction of zoom occurrence. The controller has a manual mode for individual speed and direction, or can be accessed through RS-232 LabVIEW ™ Switch the program or terminal to RS-232 mode. Dynamic braking is applied to stop the motor. The same controller can drive two lenses, but not simultaneously. The controller has no position feedback or in-situ input; It is designed to be used with a visual system that provides motion control for static image scenes. The controller is 3 "H x 7" W x 5 "D and weighs 2 pounds.
