2. Physical model of car motion control system
The system consists of a sports car, ball screw transmission mechanism, Mitsubishi servo motor MR-JE-20A and Mitsubishi servo driver HF-KN23J-S100, photoelectric sensors, proximity switches, switch power supplies, etc. Through sensor detection and PLC programming, it realizes transmission control, key value optimization comparison walking control, directional control, positioning control, acceleration and deceleration control, alarm operation control, jog control, and position display control. The system has a beautiful appearance, compact size, light weight, sturdy and relatively exquisite design, with a travel range of 0.6 meters.
