1. High safety performance: The 380V AC output on the training screen is equipped with a set of overcurrent protection devices that are fully monitored by a microcontroller. If there is a direct short circuit or overload between phases or lines, and the current exceeds the set value, the system will alarm and cut off the main power supply to ensure equipment safety. 4、 Basic configuration and functions of training equipment:
This training platform mainly consists of training screens, training hanging boxes, training tables, etc.
(1) Training screen
The training screen is made of iron double-layer matte texture spray coating structure and aluminum alloy panel. It provides AC power supply, DC stabilized power supply, constant current source, function signal generator (including frequency meter), testing instruments and training devices for the training hanging box. The specific functions are as follows:
1. Control and AC power supply section
(1) Provide a three-phase fixed 380V AC power supply, with direct short circuits or overloads between phases and lines automatically monitored and protected by a microcontroller throughout the entire process. After the current type voltage type leakage switch is turned on, the power supply of the training platform is controlled by the start and stop buttons. It has alarm and reset functions.
(2) Provide a single-phase 0-250V/2A continuously adjustable AC power supply (equipped with a 0.5KVA single-phase voltage regulator). At the same time, a continuous adjustable DC power supply of 0-240V can be obtained through rectification, with a meter indicating the output voltage value.
(3) Provide 2 220V sockets to provide working power for external devices.

2. DC power supply section
(1) Dual channel constant current stabilized power supply, both output voltages are 0-30V, and the built-in relay automatically shifts gears. Multi turn potentiometer for continuous adjustment, easy to use. The output current is 1.5A, with preset current limiting protection function. The output has a 0.5 level digital ammeter and voltmeter indication, voltage stability of 10-2, load stability of 10-2, and ripple voltage of 5mv.
