Overview
The VI-11 series manual injection valve is a brand new HPLC sample injection valve introduced by Saizhi Technology from Japan. It adopts a new design, with higher sample repeatability, more convenient injection operation, and simpler maintenance.
Product Details
1. The rotor sealing ring made of PEEK material provides excellent solvent resistance to the injector. It can even resist the erosion of alkaline solvents (there are also DuPont polyimide rotor seals)
2. Compact injection markers have been designed inside the device,
3. The special built-in valve diversion system can absorb the pressure shock generated during path switching, effectively preventing damage to the chromatographic column under sudden changes in high pressure.

High performance liquid chromatography HPLC detection scheme for doxycycline hydrochloride
-Sample processing procedure-
Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of doxycycline hydrochloride reference substance, add an appropriate amount of 0.01mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, dissolve by ultrasound, and dilute with 0.01mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to a solution containing approximately 1mg doxycycline hydrochloride per 1ml. Shake well, filter through a 0.45 µ m organic system filter membrane, accurately measure 20 µ L, inject into a liquid chromatograph, and record the chromatogram.
