Overview
A photochemical derivatizer is a post column derivatization device that can replace traditional electrochemical derivatization methods for online derivatization of aflatoxins B1 and G1. It does not require any chemical reagents or instrument cleaning, reduces corrosion to the chromatograph, and better protects operators. Moreover, the derivatization does not alter the chemical properties and other measurement related properties of aflatoxins (B2, G2, M1, M2). Suitable for the detection and analysis of aflatoxins in traditional Chinese medicine, grains, edible oils, feed, etc. It can be directly used in conjunction with mainstream domestic and foreign brands such as Agilent, Shimadzu, Waters, Elite, and Wufeng liquid chromatographs. It is an ideal choice for pharmaceutical and food companies to analyze aflatoxins and meets the analysis requirements of the 15th edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
