Working Principle:
During operation, due to the multi-directional movement of the mixing barrel, various materials are accelerated in flow and diffusion during the mixing process, while avoiding the phenomenon of material density segregation and accumulation caused by centrifugal force in general mixing machines. Mixing * can effectively ensure the quality of mixed materials.
Structure: The machine consists of a base, transmission system, electrical control system, multi-directional motion mechanism, mixing drum, and other components. The mixing drum in direct contact with the material is made of high-quality stainless steel material, and the inner and outer walls of the drum are polished with mirror finish.

This machine undergoes no-load, loading, and testing before leaving the factory. Normal operation is required before leaving the factory to ensure safe use for users;

2. Transportation method: 600 liters (including 600 type) are shipped as a complete machine without the need for foot pads or bolts; Transportation above 600 liters is carried out in a split type, with feet and bolts prepared.

3、 Operation

1. This machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation (or frequency converter speed regulation). Before starting up, connect the main power supply, the power indicator light will turn on, then start the motor button, and then start the on/off switch on the speed regulation panel (the frequency converter can press the touch button), the indicator light will turn on, and then slowly rotate to reach the normal mixed speed;

2. If the user requires temple mixing time, this should be specified in the contract. Our factory may install a time relay to allow the user to specify the mixing time according to the mixing requirements of the materials;

3. After the mixing is completed, turn off the machine in reverse order according to the startup sequence. If you find that the feeding is not ideal, you can press the button to meet the feeding requirements.

4、 Precautions

1. The mixing of this machine is a three-dimensional space mixing, and a safety protection barrier is added within the effective range of the material barrel to prevent personal safety accidents. Before starting up, avoid standing in front of the cylinder to avoid accidents;

2. During loading and unloading, the electric power of the equipment must be stopped to prevent electrical failure and unnecessary accidents.

This machine is used for vacuum drying and mixing of powder and granular materials in industries such as medicine, food, and chemical engineering, especially suitable for materials with the following requirements:

1. Cannot accept high temperature thermosensitive materials;

2. Easy to oxidize and hazardous materials;

3. Materials that require the recovery of solvents and toxic gases;

4. Require materials with extremely low residual volatile matter content;

5. Materials with specific requirements for crystal shape;
