At present, the ion chromatography high-temperature cracking furnace combined technology launched by Puren Instruments can not only achieve automatic pre-treatment of multiple samples, but also be combined with IC to complete the automation of pre-treatment and injection analysis, and can quickly complete the processing and detection of organic matter samples.
The principle of ion chromatography high-temperature cracking furnace combination technology is that the sample is first thermally decomposed in the low oxygen ecological environment inside the cracking furnace, and then burned in the high oxygen ecological environment. The various gases generated by combustion are absorbed by the absorption liquid and enter ion chromatography analysis, truly realizing unmanned operation, automatic completion of pre-treatment and analysis. At the same time, it can also achieve the function of multiple burning and absorption of ultra-low content samples, making up for the shortcomings of traditional offline methods and ensuring the accuracy and stability of analysis results. This technology can meet the requirements of GB/T37861-2019 and HJ/T83-2001, and can be widely applied in fields such as nuclear industry, petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, ecological environment, pharmaceuticals, materials, etc.

The instrument has high sensitivity, low noise, and stable performance. That is, the chromatography column, conductivity cell, and flow path share the same temperature control system, which has high temperature control accuracy in the same insulation box. This system can effectively avoid the impact of temperature difference caused by separate temperature control of the conductivity cell and chromatographic column on the baseline. And the entire flow system has short pipelines, small dead volume, and low peak diffusion.
