Unitec ETL-BUS Air Quality Monitor

ETL-BUS is an integrated air quality monitoring system designed and produced by Unitec, an Italian company. It is mainly used for indication measurement and complies with the European 2008/50/EC standard. The specially designed appearance can be installed on the roof of cars or buses, and is mainly used for 3D environmental monitoring.

ETL-BUS is equipped with a new Unitec SENS-IT sensor, which can continuously monitor various gases and particulate matter. It has the advantages of high accuracy, simple use, low energy consumption, and low maintenance costs. Protection level IP55, can be directly installed outdoors without any cooling or air handling devices.

The SENS-IT gas sensor is a patented technology product of Unitec, which can be connected to monitor outdoor pollutant gases with high sensitivity and selectivity (some gases have measurement accuracy up to ppb), without the need for frequent maintenance and calibration. Each SENS-IT sensor is specifically designed to measure a specific gas and is connected to a specific data collector interface, making it easy to replace the sensor on site.

The ETL-BUS has a built-in particulate matter monitoring module that uses orthogonal light scattering technology to monitor the concentration of particulate matter (PM10 or PM2.5 or PM1) in real time. ETL BUS can also be equipped with an external OPC particle monitoring module for multi-channel particle monitoring (PM10, PM2.5, and PM1). For both types of particulate matter monitoring modules, ETL BUS has an automatic reset correction system, which can ensure the reliability of long-term monitoring data, reduce data drift and daily maintenance.

The built-in data collector can handle all activities, including continuous data recording, hourly average value storage, daily automatic zeroing correction of particle monitoring module, data transmission, etc. Optional accessories include: weather station, GSM modem, UMTS modem (to establish VPN connection), noise meter, solar powered module, GPS module, etc.

The optional software for ETL-BUS is @ COM3000BUS. It can perform data download, data export, instrument configuration, geolocation, real-time display, etc.

The ETL-BUS standard is equipped with a roof mounting box, which is very convenient to install.
