Ultra clean laboratory, also known as ultra clean room, is also referred to as ultra clean room or ultra clean room according to the language expression habits of Chinese people. As the name suggests, an ultra clean laboratory is a super clean clean room that can meet laboratory standards.
It refers to a specially designed room that removes pollutants such as particles, harmful air, and bacteria from the air within a certain spatial range, and controls indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, airflow velocity and distribution, noise vibration, lighting, and static electricity within a certain required range. That is to say, regardless of changes in external air conditions, the indoor environment can maintain the originally set requirements for cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure. The main function of the ultra clean room is to control the cleanliness degree, temperature, and humidity of the atmosphere that products (such as silicon chips) come into contact with, so that products can be produced, manufactured, tested, and researched in a good environmental space. This space is called the ultra clean laboratory.

2、 The application industry of clean rooms
The application industry of the ultra clean laboratory is basically the same as the "Introduction to Cleanrooms" published by our company, but the cleanliness and hygiene requirements are higher, so it is sometimes also applied to operating rooms.
The capacity and volume of clean rooms are relatively small, so clean rooms are mainly used in storage, testing, experimentation, laboratory testing and other processes in the above-mentioned purification application industries. See "Introduction to Purification Engineering" and "Introduction to Cleanrooms" for details

See "Introduction to Purification Engineering" and "Introduction to Cleanrooms" for details
4、 The main considerations for designing a super clean laboratory are:
Because the requirements for ultra clean rooms are of a high level in purification engineering, it is important to consider indoor dust and bacterial emissions during design and construction.
1. Dust emission
The amount of dust generated in the ultra clean room can be considered to be discharged through local exhaust from the equipment, without flowing into the room; The amount of dust generated during the transportation of products, materials, etc. is generally negligible compared to the amount of dust generated by the human body; Due to the application of metal half walls (color steel sandwich panels), the amount of dust generated from building surfaces is also very small, generally accounting for less than 10%, while the dust mainly comes from people, accounting for about 90%. Due to the improvement of clothing materials and styles, the amount of human hair dust has been continuously reduced.
1.1. Material: Cotton has a high dust content, and the following are cotton, Dacron, anti-static pure polyester, and nylon.
1.2. Style: Large hanging type has a large amount of dust emission, followed by upper and lower packaging type, and fewer full cover types;
1.3. Activity: The amount of dust generated during movement generally reaches 3-7 times the static time;
1.4. Cleaning: The amount of dust generated by washing with solvent is reduced to one-fifth of that of cleaning with regular water.
The amount of dust generated on the surface of indoor maintenance structures, based on the ground, is approximately equivalent to the amount of dust generated by a stationary person on a surface of 8 square meters.
2. Bacterial count
Analyzing foreign experimental data, it can be concluded that:
2.1. When staff wear sterile clothing in the cleanroom:
The bacterial count at rest is generally 10-300 per minute per person
The bacterial count during normal physical activity is 150-1000 per minute per person
The bacterial count during brisk walking is 900-2500 per minute per person
2.2. Coughing once is usually 70-700 per minute per person
Sneezing once is usually between 4000 and 62000 per minute per person
2.3. When wearing regular clothes, the bacterial count ranges from 3300 to 62000 per minute per person
2.4. Bacterial count without masks: Bacterial count with masks 1:7-1:14
2.5. Bacterial count: Dust count 1:500~1:1000 According to domestic examples:
2.6. 878 bacterial counts per minute per person during surgery
Therefore, it can be inferred that the static bacterial count of sterile clothing personnel in the ultra clean room generally does not exceed 300 per person, and the dynamic bacterial count generally does not exceed 1000 per person, which serves as the basis for calculation.
