1、 Purification principle

External mixed airflow → initial purification → air conditioning → medium efficiency purification → fan air supply → pipeline → high-efficiency purification air outlet → blowing into the room → removing dust, bacteria and other particles → returning air louvers → initial purification. Repeat the above process to achieve the purification goal.

Pressure difference: ≥ 5Pa between adjacent rooms in the main workshop

Temperature range of 45-65%; The humidity in the GMP powder workshop should be around 50%; The humidity in the electronic workshop is slightly high to avoid static electricity.

1. The walls and roof panels of the purification plant are generally made of 50mm thick sandwich color steel plates, which are characterized by beauty and strong rigidity. Curved corners, doors, window frames, etc. are generally made of aluminum oxide profiles.

2. The ground adopts epoxy self leveling flooring, advanced wear-resistant plastic flooring or PVC flooring. For those with anti-static requirements, anti-static type can be selected.

3. The return air duct is made of hot-dip galvanized sheet and coated with flame-retardant PF foam plastic sheet with good purification and insulation effect.

4. The high-efficiency air supply outlet can be made of stainless steel frame or cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic paint outer frame, which is beautiful and clean. The perforated mesh plate is made of painted aluminum plate, which is rust free and dust free, and is suitable for cleaning.

5. Combination air conditioning treatment boxes are available in single cooling, heat pump, and comprehensive types according to the processing requirements. The box surface is formed by foaming polyurethane, and the keel is made of aluminum alloy fittings. The booster fan adopts a durable and low-noise centrifugal fan.
