Uncontrolled hydrocarbon recovery system

The SpOILer uncontrolled pneumatic hydrocarbon recovery system is a simple and efficient skimmer product that does not require a controller. It can be used to recover light or heavy non-aqueous phase liquids from wells with a minimum diameter of 5 centimeters or larger. SpOILer includes a pneumatic pump that operates using a pneumatic cycle, which can remain fixed in light oil layers as the liquid level rises and falls (and can also be improved to recover heavy oil), an oil absorbing film device with oleophilic and hydrophobic properties, and an air compressor powered by the ground. It is also possible to install a full tank probe and equip a filter screen in wells with high particulate matter.

Application scope:

SpOILer can extract a large amount of oil hydrocarbons with minimal intake, and can be used to recover various types of dirty oil from gasoline to lubricants. This system can be flexibly deployed in various locations, such as gas stations, tank contaminated sites, and waste oil tanks for the recovery of hydrocarbons.
