Instrument installation instructions:

1、 Installation of the chassis:

As shown in Figure 1, first plug the sensor plug (5-pin aviation plug) at the bottom of the lower chassis into the sensor socket (5-pin aviation socket) on the chassis and tighten it. Then align the holes (M6 threaded hole and φ 6.5 hole) on the chassis and lower chassis, screw on the M6 bolt and tighten it, as shown in Figure 2.

IIInstallation of the upper chassis:

As shown in Figure 3, place the height sensor cable of the launch box back into the upper chassis, and then connect the launch box to the upper chassis with M6 bolts as shown in Figure 4.

Troubleshooting methods:

In order to restore the machine to normal as soon as possible after a problem occurs, the common problems and maintenance methods are listed below for your reference.

1. After booting up, the display board does not show:

(1) Check if the fuse is burnt out.

(2) Check if the incoming voltage of the power supply is 12V.

(3) Check if the power switch can be turned on normally.

2. Can measure but cannot report height and weight

(1) Check the horn and horn lead wires;

3. No weight display or inaccurate weight during measurement

(1) Check if the 5-pin plug of the weight sensor is in good contact with the socket.

(2) Refer to weight adjustment for correction.
