Equipment composition:

Main components: rack system, filtration system, pull plate system, hydraulic system, electrical control system, automatic liquid connection device, automatic cleaning device (optional for customers).
1. Rack system: mainly composed of thrust plates, head plates, clamping devices, and main beams. It is the main body of the machine, used to support the filtering mechanism and connect other components.
2. Filtering system: It mainly consists of filter plates arranged in a certain order on the main beam, filter cloth sandwiched between the filter plates, and filter plates. The alternating arrangement of filter plates and filter cloth forms several independent filtering units - filter chambers.
3. Pull plate system: mainly includes variable frequency reduction motor, pull plate manipulator, drive chain, pull plate rail, chain protection cover, etc. The mechanism is driven by a variable frequency reduction motor to take and pull the plate by a mechanical arm, in order to achieve automatic unloading.
4. Hydraulic system: mainly includes hydraulic station, oil cylinder, oil cylinder support, valve instruments, etc. Its main function is to change the volume to achieve sludge feed filtration and press dewatering.
5. Electrical control system: The electrical control system is the control center of the entire system.
6. Automatic liquid receiving device: The liquid receiving mechanism consists of a carbon steel frame, a liquid receiving disc, a driving mechanism, etc. It is mainly used to receive the filtrate during filtration and filter cloth cleaning.
7. Automatic cleaning device: The system adopts a special design, with two stainless steel baffles and high-pressure water for cleaning. Through cleaning, the interior of the filter cloth fabric is also cleaner.

Note: The automatic cleaning device and flipping plate liquid receiving system are optional functions for users.

working process

The entire process of the ultra-high pressure press is mainly divided into four stages: feeding, pressing, liquid receiving, and discharging. After running for a period of time, the filter cloth of the ultra-high pressure press will be clogged, affecting the filtration effect. Generally, it should be cleaned every 7-15 days, and the specific cleaning cycle needs to be determined according to the material properties and project situation.Click to watch the principle video
