Overview

Photoionization detector (PID) is a gas detector. The photoionization detector uses ultraviolet radiation generated by the vacuum discharge phenomenon of inert gas to ionize the molecules of the gas to be tested, and measures the current intensity generated by the ionized gas to obtain the concentration of the gas to be tested.
