Product Introduction:
The upflow anaerobic sludge bed reactor, also known as the upflow anaerobic sludge bed reactor (UASB), belongs to the second generation of anaerobic reactors. Wastewater passes through the reactor from bottom to top, ferments to produce biogas, and is separated by a three-phase separator. The biogas is collected in the upper chamber of the reactor.
The UASB reactor has many advantages, such as (1) high removal rate of organic pollutants; (2) No need to stir; (3) Capable of adapting to significant changes in pH, temperature, and organic load. The UASB reactor is suitable for the resource utilization treatment of high concentration organic wastewater such as wastewater from distilleries, sugar factories, etc. It can reduce pollution and generate biogas to obtain energy.
A small UASB reactor (10 L) using RTK was used for simulating industrial fermentation research. Combined with the UASB gas analysis device, real-time monitoring of methane or biogas production and composition during the fermentation process can be achieved.

(5) Customized processing related components can be used on UASB reactors for real-time measurement of physical and chemical properties such as pH, ORP, COD, etc.
