LTLDTwo stage reverse osmosis pure water equipment

Reverse osmosis pure water machine is a device that integrates microfiltration, adsorption, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet sterilization, ultra purification and other technologies to directly convert tap water into ultra pure water. The core component of the reverse osmosis pure water unit is the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane. The purified water produced by the reverse osmosis pure water mechanism is fresher, more hygienic, and safer than bottled water, and its applications are very extensive.

  Two stage reverse osmosis pure water equipmentPrinciples and Applications

A thin film that is selective towards the material passing through becomes a semi permeable membrane. Thin films that can only pass through solvents but not solutes are generally considered ideal semi permeable membranes. When dilute and concentrated solutions of the same volume are placed on both sides of a container, separated by a semi permeable membrane in the middle, the solvent in the dilute solution will naturally pass through the semi permeable membrane and flow towards the concentrated solution side. The liquid level on the concentrated solution side will be higher than that of the dilute solution by a certain height, forming a pressure difference that reaches osmotic equilibrium. This pressure difference is called osmotic pressure. The magnitude of osmotic pressure depends on the type of concentrated solution, and the concentration and temperature are independent of the properties of the semi permeable membrane. If a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure is applied on the concentrated solution side, the solvent in the concentrated solution will flow towards the dilute solution, and the flow direction of this solvent is opposite to the original direction of permeation. This process is called reverse osmosis. Reverse osmosis pure water machine is a household drinking water device that has not appeared in the market for a long time, but its appearance has been well received by more and more consumers, especially by drinking water machine users, because it eliminates the cost of purchasing bottled water and the tedious transportation of bottled water. The normal operation of a reverse osmosis pure water machine depends on a certain pressure, which must be greater than the osmotic pressure of the permeable membrane, usually 0.28MPa. In areas with unstable water pressure, it is recommended to purchase a pure water machine with a booster pump. Its working pressure can reach 0.6-0.9MPa, and it is not limited by tap water pressure. It has high water production efficiency, fast speed, and less concentration and shrinkage. The daily water output is about 130 liters, which fully meets the daily water needs of households.

Preprocessing and Scope of Application

Pre treatment includes: raw water tank, raw water pump, multi-media filter, softener, etc.

Mainly solve the following problems:

1. Prevent organic pollution;

2. Prevent colloidal and suspended solid particles from clogging;

3. Prevent oxidative damage to the membrane caused by oxidizing substances; This can ensure the stable operation and normal service life of the reverse osmosis device;

4. Prevent the deposition of CaCO3, CaSO4, SrSO4, CaF2, SiO2, iron, aluminum oxides, etc. on the reverse osmosis membrane surface.

Ultra pure water is used in semiconductor production, electroplating plants, laboratories and medical facilities, dyes, optical manufacturing, food, electronics, pharmaceuticals, chemical industries, and other industries that require pure water and ultra pure water.

Introduction to various levels of reverse osmosis filter cartridges

*Grade: PPF filter element is used for pre-treatment of incoming tap water, filtering out sediment, suspended solids, colloids, impurities, etc. It has a large filtration area and pollutant holding capacity, good filtration effect, long service life, and can be cleaned and reused repeatedly.

Second level: The UDF filter element adsorbs harmful substances such as odor, color, residual chlorine, halogenated hydrocarbons, and organic compounds in water that are harmful to human health. KDF can remove over 90% of residual chlorine, greatly extending the lifespan of activated carbon.

Level 3: The CTO filter deeply adsorbs harmful substances such as color, taste, halogenated hydrocarbons, and organic matter in water, effectively improving the taste of the effluent. The long-life compressed activated carbon and high pollutant carrying capacity mesh structure enable the filter element to have dual functional filtration performance.

Level 4: The pore size of the RO reverse osmosis membrane is only 0.0001 microns, and a bacterium needs to shrink by 4000 times. Infectious pathogens also need to shrink by more than 200 times to pass through. Therefore, all fine impurities, soluble solids, bacteria, and viruses in water cannot penetrate the highly precise reverse osmosis membrane Separate water from other impurities and pollutants, automatically discharge harmful substances from concentrated water, and store pure water in a pressure tank for later use.

Level 5: The post activated carbon filter further removes odors, residual chlorine, and antibacterial substances at a deep level, preventing secondary pollution of purified water and making drinking water more hygienic and safe. (Note: Bottled water is water produced by the principle of reverse osmosis membrane)

The difference and function between reverse osmosis pure water machine and water dispenser

Reverse osmosis is a new term. What is reverse osmosis? That is to say, under normal circumstances, physical permeation refers to the permeation of dilute solution towards concentrated solution; So the opposite principle is reverse osmosis? But this has physical properties! To solve this problem, we apply a certain pressure on the concentrated solution to achieve permeation, which is called reverse osmosis. For example, we apply pressure to tap water to make it permeate through the RO reverse osmosis membrane, thereby separating high-quality pure water. So substances that cannot penetrate are eliminated. What is a pure water machine: The basic difference is that the machine itself can separate pure water from wastewater, and the so-called wastewater is a substance that cannot be penetrated; The water dispenser, on the other hand, requires the purchase of pure water for use; Nowadays, a large number of filters have appeared in the market, which has caused misunderstandings among consumers. So what is a filter? It is a type of machine where water undergoes simple treatment after being turned on, without separation or wastewater discharge points, and all water is utilized.

The characteristics of Shenyang Electronic Ultra Pure Water Equipment: This machine consists of three pre filter elements, a booster pump, a reverse osmosis membrane, a water storage tank, a mineralization processor, etc.

*Pre filter element: 5um PPF filter element with a pore size of 5 microns, which can effectively filter out rust, sand, colloids, and all impurities with a diameter greater than 5 microns in water;

The second pre filter element: granular activated carbon filter element, activated carbon has * adsorption force, which can effectively adsorb chemical agents such as residual chlorine, odor, discoloration, pesticides, etc. in water;

The third pre filter element: precision activated carbon filter element, which can effectively remove bacteria, toxins, heavy metals, etc. from water;

The fourth step: RO reverse osmosis membrane is also a key part of the machine. Due to its pore size of 0.0001 microns, the diameter of a bacterium is usually 1 micron, and the diameter of a virus is usually 0.02 microns. Therefore, it can not only effectively remove harmful ions from water, but also remove all bacteria and viruses, allowing only water molecules to pass through;

The fifth filter element: a post mineralization processor that can inhibit bacterial regeneration, improve the taste of pure water, and add the required minerals.

Water storage and irrigation: Provide users with sufficient pure water in a timely manner, with 12 liters of pure water built-in. The key is high-pressure full enclosure and air isolation, effectively maintaining water quality.

: Drainage.

Conventional water dispensers, on the other hand, require users to purchase clean water from external sources to meet their drinking needs. They face an unpredictable factor in disinfection, furniture safety, and water cleanliness, which may pose hidden risks to themselves.R.O Pure Water Treatment Machine
