1. During the use of the grinding machine, there should be fixed personnel responsible for supervision, and the operators must have a certain level of technical proficiency. Before installing the grinding machine, technical training must be provided to the relevant personnel to understand the principle and performance of the grinding machine and familiarize them with the operating procedures.
2. In order to ensure the normal operation of the grinder, a "maintenance and safety operation system" should be formulated to ensure the safe operation of the grinder. At the same time, necessary maintenance tools and lubricating grease accessories should be provided.
3. After using the grinder for a period of time, it should be inspected and repaired, and vulnerable parts such as the grinding disc should be replaced. The connecting bolts and nuts that fix the moving knife grinding disc should be carefully checked for looseness, whether the lubricating grease is sufficient, and high-temperature resistant lubricating grease should be used.
4. The plastic PVC grinding machine has added a dust collection device, effectively reducing dust pollution. The grinding process is fully sealed, with no dust leakage and full automation. The automatic feeding, discharging, sorting, and grinding gaps are easy to adjust. The main cooling system adopts a combination of air and water cooling, which effectively reduces the working temperature inside the machine. The ground material is not easily discolored and is also conducive to the grinding of thermosensitive plastics. The host is equipped with a wind and water circulation cooling system.
Notes:
1. In order to ensure the normal operation of the grinding machine, a "Equipment Maintenance and Safety Operation System" should be established, and the operators should have a certain level of technical proficiency, a good understanding of the principles, performance, and operating procedures of the grinding machine, in order to ensure the safe operation of the Raymond grinding machine. At the same time, necessary maintenance should be carried out after the grinding machine has been running for a period of time, and vulnerable parts should be replaced and treated in a timely manner, and attention should be paid to whether sufficient lubricating grease is added.
2. When the grinding roller device of the grinding machine is used for more than 500 hours and the grinding roller is replaced again, the rolling bearings inside the roller sleeve must be cleaned, and damaged parts should be replaced in a timely manner. The refueling tool can be a manual refueling pump and grease gun.
3. Fineness adjustment, according to the size, softness, moisture content, and specific gravity of the material, the processing fineness also varies. The analyzer above can be adjusted, with high speed and high fineness, and low speed and low fineness. By increasing the fineness, the output will correspondingly decrease. If it still cannot meet the requirements, the fan speed should be adjusted, and users can flexibly control it.
4. When parking, first stop feeding while the main machine continues to grind the remaining abrasive. After about one minute, turn off the main machine motor and analyzer motor to stop the grinding work, and then stop the fan motor to blow away the remaining powder.
5. In the grinding room, there is a certain amount of water content in the material being ground, which leads to the evaporation of water and gas due to the heat generated during grinding, and the loose connection of various pipelines in the whole machine causes external gas to be sucked in, resulting in an increase in the circulating airflow volume. To ensure that the mill works under negative pressure, the increased airflow is discharged into the bag filter through the residual air pipe between the fan and the main engine, purified and then discharged into the atmosphere.
