Explosion proof ovens are the main equipment used by factories and research institutions for organic matter drying, explosion prevention, heat treatment, disinfection, heating, insulation, and moisture removal. Widely used in low-temperature tempering, annealing, aging treatment, and hot charging processes for plastic coating, curing, enameled wire, and motor rotor drying of metal workpieces, not only ensuring the quality of workpiece processing, but also ensuring safe production.

The working temperature of the box can be raised from room temperature of 10 ℃ to the highest temperature of 300 ℃. Within this range, the desired temperature can be arbitrarily selected, and after constant temperature, the electrical control system can automatically control the temperature.

Explosion proof ovens are mainly designed for the safety of oven operation. Traditional ovens can cause explosions due to excessive internal air pressure when baking easily expandable objects or improper operation, posing a threat to the safety of workers and causing damage to the workplace and other equipment. The main purpose of explosion-proof ovens is to prevent such accidents from occurring. Its design mainly involves adding a small door at the back of the oven. When the pressure inside the oven reaches a certain value, this small door will automatically open to release the internal pressure. The front door can withstand higher pressure and will not automatically open. However, ovens are usually facing the wall from the back (leaving a distance for the small door to open), so it is very safe.

Job characteristics:

The explosion-proof oven adopts a circulating air mode of far-infrared heating and blowing, with horizontal air intake on both sides and return air in the middle. The temperature inside the oven is uniform and the temperature difference is small. At the same time, it has PID temperature control regulation function, can set time relay, and can also set time alarm, so the operation is simple, convenient, and practical.
