Toxic gas leak alarm

Toxic gas leak alarm is a gas safety detection instrument used to detect the content of toxic gases in the air inside chemical workplaces or equipment, and to sound an alarm if it exceeds the limit. We need to strengthen safety management of hazardous chemicals, improve safety measures, and control potential safety hazards.

The principle of selecting toxic gas leak alarm: Firstly, the detection of toxic gases has two purposes: one is to detect explosions, and the other is to detect toxins. The so-called explosion testing is to detect the combustible gas content in hazardous areas, issue an alarm if it exceeds the standard, in order to avoid the occurrence of explosion accidents; Poison testing is the process of detecting the concentration of toxic gases in hazardous areas, triggering an alarm if they exceed the limit, in order to prevent staff from being poisoned. The range of explosive testing is 0-100% LEL, and the range of toxin testing is 0-100 (or hundreds) ppm, with a significant difference between the two. There are three types of toxic gases in hazardous areas: 1. Non toxic (or low toxic) and flammable, 2. Non flammable and toxic, and 3. Combustible and toxic.

One test for explosion, two tests for toxicity. In three situations, if there are personnel exposed to the toxicity, the explosion can be tested if there are no personnel exposed. Choose combustible gas detection alarm for explosion testing and toxic gas alarm for toxicity testing.
